Indemnity

You indemnify Core Insights Institute against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees and disbursements and costs in investigation, litigation, settlement, judgement, interest, fines and penalties) which Bellberry suffers or incurs directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, your use of the Core Insights Institute Information, the provision of Your Content, the use of Your Content by Core Insights Institute in accordance with these Terms, or any breach of these Terms by you.

Suspension or Termination

General

We accept no liability for any failure to comply with these Terms where such failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.  If we waive any rights available to us under the Terms on one occasion, this does not mean that those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion. If any part of the Terms is held to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, the remaining terms and conditions continue to apply in full force and effect.
